Any big construction site is a mad scramble of contracts, blueprints, permits, RFIs, change orders, safety forms, and compliance documents. Every mistake, missing doc, or late approval triggers expensive delays and legal risk. I know that on a $100M project, a single missing permit can cost $20k per day. Yet, with dozens of systems and zero standardization, document chaos is the norm. Let's end it—permanently.

The problem

Construction documentation is a productivity black hole. The average commercial project generates 7,000–10,000 documents. The Agent Orchestrator coordinates doc assignment, status checks, and workflow triggers, escalating to a Human Gate only for validation on critical items. Verified docs move to the Action Layer: notifications, filing, compliance packet prep, and automated handoff to client or regulatory systems. The feedback loop means everything is always audit-ready.

Wedge: Target $10–50M commercial GCs and specialty contractors who are drowning in paperwork but already using Procore or Autodesk for projects.
