Every night, tens of thousands of restaurants toss out unsold food—perfectly edible, wasted due to poor forecasting, inventory mismanagement, or simple oversight. The scale is staggering: food waste costs both businesses and the planet, yet solutions remain fragmented and reactive. The problem

U.S. restaurants waste over 11.4 million tons of food per year—about $25 billion in lost revenue and 9% of all food wasted nationwide.
